At Attards Metal & Heaters we have over 30 years’ experience in the welding industry. We have welded on a wide range of jobs and materials and take great pride in our work.
Within our welding bay at the workshop, we have quite a few welding machines including two tungsten inert gas (TIG) welding machines which we use to weld Aluminium, Stainless Steel and some mild steel jobs. We also use two different types of Metal Inert Gas (MIG) welding machines, one is a push pull pulse aluminium set up and the other machines are set up for mild steel welding.
We have got two free-standing spot welders. One of our machines has a long throat and offset tips so it can get into tight places, our second machine is capable of spot welding up to 3mm to 3mm thick material and also has extendable arms. We use these machines a lot because they hold really well and you don’t get as much distortion.
