THE ATTARD STAINLESS STEEL FLUE KIT
Attard Sheet Metal produces Stainless Steel Flue kits to suit our wide range of Wood Heaters. The stainless steel flue kit consists of items manufactured from high quality steels.
All stainless steel items, including the active flue pipes and weather cowls, are fabricated from 304 grade, 0.55mm thick, satin finish stainless steel, ensuring trouble free years of service. The protective outer pipes are fabricated from 0.55mm thick galvabond steel sheets. The drop box system includes 1.0mm stainless steel ceiling and cover rim.
It is important to note that the weather cowl supplied is entirely fabricated from stainless steel; this includes the weather cone protecting the active pipe, the outer wind band, the outer cone protecting the inner and outer pipes and all assembly brackets. We do not use any plated steel items in our assembly.
Our standard flue kit consists of:
- 5 lengths of Ø152mm(6”) x 900mm long stainless steel flue pipes -
- 2 lengths of Ø 203 (8”) x 900mm long galvanised steel protective pipes
- 1 length of Ø 255mm (10”) x 900mm long galvanised steel outer pipe
- 1 stainless steel drop pipe x 900 long
- Stainless steel weather cowl assembly
- Stainless steel ceiling and cover rings
- 1 length of 40 x 40 1.6 galvanised support angle
As an option we can replace the outer flue pipes, the ones you see outside above your roof, with any standard colorbond sheet to match in with your roof. Also we can supply flue pipe off sets, protective shields and special wind directional weather cowls.
